Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you use websites or applications (apps). You can control how these cookies are used through your browser’s privacy settings (see your browser’s help for more information on controlling cookies). Please note that, if you completely disable cookies, Mònica Planes’s websites and applications may not work correctly. Mònica Planes and the companies that help us run our business use cookies in different ways, for example:
- To authenticate and identify users of the sites and our applications so that we can provide the requested services.
- To remember the user’s preferences.
- To measure the user’s use of the websites so that we can improve them, personalise the websites and online services based on the user’s interests, and carry out market research.
- To analyse users’ browsing habits in order to provide more personalised and/or specific messages.
Web beacons and embedded scripts
Web beacons and embedded scripts are other technologies that we use on our websites and applications, and in some of our emails and messages. Web beacons (or «tags») consist of simple programming code embedded in web pages, emails and messages that communicate with Mònica Planes (or the companies that help us run our business) when such web pages, emails or messages have been viewed or clicked on. Embedded scripts are programming code within some of our pages to measure how they are used, for example, the links you use. We use this information to improve our websites and online services, to tailor them to the interests of potential users and to carry out market research. Users can disable scripting features, such as JavaScript, in their browser (see the browser’s help function). Please note that, if you disable scripting capabilities, some of Mònica Planes’s websites and applications may not work correctly.
